Lumen Apartments

Lumen's lobby, pool deck, and co-working room were designed to flow as one space, so the greenery had to carry across all three without feeling like three separate installs. The artificial plantscape ties the zones together with tall trees anchoring the lobby, a stand of pool trees, and trough plantings spilling through the co-working area and each element built to the same standard of realism.
